eAward ICOM KYOTO AWARD
ICOM KYOTO AWARD will be presented by the JARL Kyoto Branch Memorial Station Executive Committee.

CAUTION: This award is designed for DX stations only. For JA stations, we will prepare another one. Please see HERE.
Period of QSO January 1st. - December 31st. 2019
Application Dead Line January 31st. 2020
Application Fee Free. This award will be issued for free and provided in PDF format.
Application Form Please download EXCEL file from HERE. After filling out all the field, please send it to the Award Manager as an atatchment. The file name must be your call sign.

General Rules ICOM KYOTO AWARD is available to all Radio Amateurs who satisfactory evidence of having conducted two-way communication with nine stations, each having the letter of I, C, O, M, K, Y, O, T, O in their suffix. Of course, three "O"s must be collected from different stations.
Levels < K > All QSOs must be made with amateur stations in Kyoto Prefecture.
< J > All QSOs must be made with amateur staions in Japan.
< W > All QSOs with amateur stations in whole world can be allowed.
Categories < F > Each Nine Letters (I, C, O, M, K, Y, O, T, O) must be worked station's First Letter in the suffix. (e.g. JA3YAQ for "Y")
< M > Each Nine Letters must be worked station's Middle Letter in the suffix. (e.g. JE3EKB for "K")
< L > Each Nine Letters must be worked station's Last Letter in the suffix. (e.g. JH3BUM for "M")
Exception (1) The station with one-letter-suffix cannot be used for any Category.
(2) Two-letter-suffix station can be used for Category "
F" and "L".
(3) The station having more than 4 letters in the suffix can be used for Category "
F" and "L".
Wild Card A missing letter can be substituted by using 8J3ICOM or 8N3ICOM as a Wild Card only once.
